Service terms
These terms summarise how the Video AI service from TrigunAI Innovations Private Limited, Patna, Bihar ("TrigunAI") works. Each customer also signs a short service agreement with a data processing schedule; if anything differs, the signed agreement applies.
Free site visit and pilot
- The site visit is free in Patna. Visits elsewhere in Bihar are planned on the call.
- The pilot runs for 7 days on 1–2 of your existing cameras, with real alerts and a daily WhatsApp report. It is free and you have no obligation to buy.
- We bring and take back our own device. We do not change your camera or recorder settings without asking you.

Prices include the AI device installed at your site (it stays our property), software updates, WhatsApp alerts and support. They do not include new cameras, recorders, wiring, power backup or internet. The final price is confirmed in writing after the site visit. We send a GST invoice for every payment.
Billing and cancellation
- Monthly plans are billed in advance. There is no long lock-in.
- You can cancel with 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. We then collect our device.
- The setup fee covers the visit, installation and tuning, and is not refundable once installation is done.
What the service is, and is not
- Video AI is a decision-support tool that helps you notice events on your cameras. It is not a security guard, alarm-monitoring centre or emergency service.
- AI alerts are not perfect. Accuracy depends on camera position, lighting, weather and picture quality, so there will be some false alarms and some missed events. We do not guarantee that any theft, intrusion or incident will be prevented or detected.
- We aim for 99% monthly availability of the alert service, not counting outages of your power, internet, cameras or recorder, or planned maintenance we tell you about.
Your responsibilities
- Display the camera signboards we provide and tell your staff how the cameras are used.
- Do not point cameras at washrooms, changing areas or places where people expect privacy, and do not ask us to analyse such areas.
- Keep footage only as long as you need it or the law requires.
Data
You remain responsible for your footage as the Data Fiduciary, and we process it only on your instructions as your Data Processor. Details are in our privacy policy and your signed data processing schedule. We do not use your footage to train our AI without your separate written permission.
Liability
Our total liability under the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
